How do I order CYBERTAG equipment?
Choose a configuration and email sale@laserwar.com or order@laserwar.com with billing details and contacts. A manager will send an invoice and contract. You can also order via the laserwar.com online store.
What payment methods are available?
Bank transfer to the official account of LASERTAG LLC (companies and individuals), card payment (Visa, Mastercard) in the laserwar.com store, or other options agreed with your manager.
Who should I contact at sale@laserwar.com and order@laserwar.com?
Orders ship from our warehouse in Riga, Latvia. Shipping is arranged when you place the order. We use international carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx and regional freight partners). Cost and transit time depend on destination and carrier rates — your manager will help choose the best option.
How long does production and shipping take?
In stock: 1–3 business days from our Latvia warehouse. Made to order: up to 14 business days. Your manager confirms the exact timeline after the configuration is agreed.
Where can I find equipment certificates?
Compliance documents are on the Business page at laserarena.com. A full documentation package ships with equipment and is available on request from support.
12 months. Warranty repair is coordinated through our service team. Factory defects reported in the first week include shipping compensation. Consumables (batteries, buttons, etc.) are not covered by warranty.
Is staff training available?
Yes. Turnkey arena launches include operator training: equipment, CYBERTAG software, player seating and typical scenarios.
Can I pay by card without a company account?
Yes. Individuals can pay by card at laserwar.com or via bank transfer using an invoice from our sales team.
