How to buy the equipment

Choose the bundle you like.

Send a request to or to get the necessary documents. Please make sure to leave contacts in your request.

Natural persons should provide first and last name, postal code, address, phone, passport number and series (passport details are needed for shipping company). Legal entities provide company card. We send you an invoice and purchase agreement for approval.

You pay the invoice and notify us providing a scan of payment order. Your purchase then gets assembled. Production and shipping takes up to 14 days.

After the shipping, we provide you a tracking code. Please check the equipment for completeness after receiving it. Sign the documents (agreement and bill of lading) and send them to us.

Shipping and payment

You can choose the most suitable payment option and state it while placing an order:

– cash settlement (with pick up);
– to our bank account;
– by Sberbank card;
– by Svyaznoy card.

Forming your order takes from 1 to 7 days depending on the number and complexity of production of the ordered equipment. If you have limitations with shipping period or special requests, you can discuss them with manager.

Shipping companies provide delivery of CYBERTAG equipment from Monday to Friday. You can find details on cost and time of shipping on the shipping companies` websites:

Support center

The warranty for CYBERTAG equipment is 12 months. During the whole warranty period, you can use warranty repair performed at LASERTAG LLC facility in Smolensk, but the customer covers the shipping and the cost of expendable materials.

Buttons, wires, micro switches, IR-diodes, batteries are expendable materials, and warranty doesn`t cover them.

In case of equipment malfunction caused by production defects during the first week of use, the manufacturer rectifies them for free and also compensates shipping costs for delivering the equipment.

If the equipment malfunction is caused by the customer (mechanical damage, improper use), the customer has a right to warranty repairs, but covers the cost of expendable materials and shipping on their own.
