How to purchase equipment

Choose a CYBERTAG configuration on the site or on the Business page.

Send a request to sale@laserwar.com or order@laserwar.com with billing details and contacts for invoice and contract.

For individuals: full name, address, postal code, phone and ID details (required by carriers). For companies — company profile. Questions about stock, payment and delivery: +371 26834489 or managers below.

We issue an invoice and sales contract. After payment, send a scan of the payment order — your order goes to assembly.

Production and shipping usually take up to 14 business days; in-stock items ship in 1–3 days. You will receive a tracking number after dispatch.

On delivery, check completeness, sign documents and send copies to us.

Payment & delivery

Payment options:

— bank transfer in EUR to the official account of LASERTAG LLC (Latvia), for companies and individuals;
— card payment in the laserwar.com online store — Visa, Mastercard;
— other methods agreed with your manager.

Order lead time is 1–14 business days depending on configuration and stock at our Riga warehouse. Delivery terms are agreed with your manager.

CYBERTAG equipment ships worldwide via UPS, DHL, FedEx and regional freight partners. Cost is based on carrier rates.

Support center

CYBERTAG equipment warranty — 12 months.

Warranty service is coordinated through our support team in Latvia. Shipping for repair and consumables are paid by the customer except factory defects reported in the first week.

Consumables (buttons, wires, microswitches, IR diodes, batteries) are not covered by warranty.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Riga, Latvia. We arrange delivery via international carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx and regional freight partners). Cost and transit time depend on destination — your manager will help choose the best option.
How long does production and shipping take?
In stock at our Latvia warehouse: 1–3 business days. Made to order: up to 14 business days. Your manager confirms the exact timeline after the kit is agreed.
Can I pay by card without a company account?
Yes. Individuals can pay by card at laserwar.com or via EUR bank transfer using an invoice from our sales team.
