International CYBERTAG shipping from Latvia: UPS, DHL and FedEx

How CYBERTAG equipment ships from our Riga warehouse: carriers, lead times, EUR invoicing and what to prepare before your first order.

LaserArena ships CYBERTAG rental laser tag equipment worldwide from our warehouse in Riga, Latvia. For arena owners outside the CIS, the logistics path is different from domestic freight — but the process is straightforward once billing details and destination are confirmed.

Where orders ship from

Stock and assembly for international clients are coordinated from Riga (Meiranu street 3, LV-1073). After payment is confirmed, your manager assigns a carrier and sends tracking once the pallet leaves the warehouse.

Carriers and transit time

We work with UPS, DHL, FedEx and regional freight partners. Transit time depends on destination and service level — typically 3–10 business days to EU destinations, longer for overseas markets. Cost is based on carrier tariffs; your manager helps choose economy vs express.

Payment in EUR

International B2B orders are invoiced in EUR to LASERTAG LLC (Latvia). Individuals can pay by card at laserwar.com or via bank transfer using an invoice from our sales team. See shipping & payment FAQ for details.

What to prepare

  • Company card or billing address for customs (for business buyers).
  • Contact phone and email for the carrier.
  • Delivery address with loading dock or access notes for heavy pallets.
  • Desired kit list from the Business page.

Lead times

In-stock kits: 1–3 business days before dispatch. Made-to-order configurations: up to 14 business days. Your manager confirms the exact timeline after the kit is agreed.
